Station Square Project

Station Square, the name of the new building, will be located in the heart of the Germantown neighborhood at 308-316 West Chelten Avenue.

Two Philadelphia-based real estate development companies, R+M Development Partners and Zatos Investments, have formed a joint venture partnership on a new project located on Chelten Avenue in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. The two development companies have worked side by side during the entire development process including acquisition, land development/entitlement, financing, and design process. Rickey Biddle, a partner at R+M Development Partners, is excited to partner with Zatos Investments on this project as well as ones in the future. “We look forward to continuing to foster our relationship in other upcoming development projects throughout the city.” Station Square, the name of the new building, will be located in the heart of the Germantown neighborhood at 308-316 West Chelten Avenue. Aptly named, the building will be immediately adjacent to the Chelten SEPTA train station, providing a crucial transportation amenity for future tenants. Biddle believes this is an extremely important site feature, similar to other projects they have done. “R+M has placed significant focus on transient oriented development throughout our company’s history, and this project is another prime example.”
